In the framework of the Debate on the Future of Europe, the Presidency would like to invite anyone who wants to put their point of view to take part in an Internet chat session with the Spanish Secretary of State for European Affairs, Mr Ramón de Miguel , on Monday, 18 February 2002. The session will focus on the recent Laeken Declaration and the forthcoming work of the Convention, and the Spanish Presidency's priorities.
