Urban Green Days is a European Commission, Directorate General Environment initiative. ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability coordinates UGD and supports interested local governments. Through Urban Green Days, the European Commission invites every European city and town to link its local events for a better environment with the Europe-level Brussels Green Week (31 May – 3 June) and World Environment Day (5 June). VISP Partners support the Urban Green Days initiative and will through local actions contribute to strengthening efforts aiming for cities and towns with a better quality of life.
