Some members of the steering group New Library
On the 9th of March 2004, a work group New Library with external experts and key players of the city administration has got the assignment to investigate a desirable concept for the New Library in Kortrijk. This resulted in 2005 in two vision texts about the funtion of the library and decisions on the concept of the library, the decentralised structure and work, the role as provider of educational services, automation, competence management, location and building program. |
