| After the visit to Enschede, the filmcrew arrived in Kortrijk to shoot the necessary film material about the local projects. On the agenda were : visit to the gate building with its various activities ( sport school, circus school, interview with the theatre association, recording of the CD of the L'Orchestre International du Vetex ), shooting at the business centre and the recording of the statement of the Mayor and some explanation about the project of the new library. |

The CD entitled Le Beau Bazar is the result of the work in progress of LOrchestre International du Vetex, the local band that is involved as a citizen participation initiative in the neighbourhood of the Venning -Veemarkt. Flemish, Walloon and French musicians worked together and were supported by the cross border project Passpartout. |
